Land rental of industrial zone in Ho Chi Minh city increase approximately 140USD/sqm

Ho Chi Minh City is leading market in southern  industrial zones with the average up to $ 138.1 m2 for a renting period, rise nearly 17% comparing to middle of 2016.

 

 

Jones Lang LaSale recently announced industrial zone market report of the southern provinces in the late 2016. Accordingly, rental of industrial parks in HCM City continues to rise and heads in the region due to expensive cost of land and developing infrastructure. 

 

Industrial parks in nearby provinces have average price of about $ 45-75 / sqm. Average factory rental is about $ 3 / sqm / month, and reaching up to $ 5-6 in some typical industrial zones in HCM City and Dong Nai. The average rental in southern industrial zones reached up $ 69.8 / sqm during a period of time.

 

In the fourth quarter of 2016, the total land area in southern industrial zones accounts ​​over 36.925 hectares, mostly in Dong Nai and Binh Duong. The total area for rent reaches to 24.861 hectares, accounting for about 67% of the total land area, remaining lease term from 24 to 49 years.
