Detailed planning of Lai Cach industrial zone, Cam Giang District was approved by the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province in Decision No. 1728 / QĐ-UBND dated 22/5/2008.
Location and scale: Lai Cach industrial zone is located adjacent to national road 5 at Km45 in the north of Lai Cach town, Cao An commune, Cam Giang district. It is away from Hanoi 50 km, 55 km from Haiphong.
- The North is adjacent to the planning route along the Hanoi-Hai Phong railway and residential areas;
- The South is adjacent to National Highway 5 and some factories;
- The West borders on Lai Cach residential area;
- The East borders on 394B road (way to Tien Kieu port) and residential area of Cao An commune.
Industrial park scale: 132.4 ha.
* The nature of industrial zone: mainly used for assembling electronics, informatics, mechanical engineering, industrial machine manufacturing, agricultural machines, hi-tech enterprises and other light industries. Production industries in the IP must be included in the clean industry category. Manufacturing enterprises in the industrial zone must have advanced technological lines and meet the prescribed environmental standards.
