- Established under the Investment License No. 839 / GP issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Viet Nam on 04/12/1994.

- Total investment capital for infrastructure construction: $ 29,950,000

- Legal capital: $ 11,667,000

- Vietnam Party: 30%

- Foreign party: 70%

- Project Area: 100 hectares and be developed in two stages.

Stage 1 (50 ha) is currently 50% leased.

Stage 2 (50 ha) is implementing the technical infrastructure construction.

- The size of the flexible batch: Noi Bai Industrial Zone is very flexible to meet the different soil needs and can choose the batch size from 0,25 to 1 hectare. You can lease in the adjacent plots if necessary.

+ Internal area has 2 entries ịn and out of industrial zone. The road system in the area is completely planned.

+ Outside: It can be reached via the Soc Son road (Route 13) to national road No. 3.
