Sai Dong A has an area of 420 hectares working on the fields of industry, trade and services in which land area for industry is 197 hectares. It has been planed to attract foreign investors for building technical infrastructure of industrial Park, preparing flat for lease for FDI enterprises with the aim of business and production investment.
The investor is the joint venture between Ha Noi Electronics Company(Hanel) and Company of Deawoo engineer contruction(South Korea).
The Prime Minister issued the document to allow eviction of the investment license of the joint venture.
Investment capital for infrastructure construction of project: 152.000.000 USD and Legal capital: 45,903,125USD
Vietnamese party: 40% and Foreign party: 60%
