Project description

. Sai Dong B industrial zone with an area of 97.11 hectares includes 78.38 hectares for industrial development and 18,73ha for ancillary work

.The lessee will have to comply with the provisions of environmental treaties from Vietnam government on noise, air pollution and waste.

Location

- Sai Dong B Industrial Zone is located in Gia Lam district, east of Hanoi capital.

- Sai Dong B Industrial Park is located near national road 5, connecting Hanoi to Hai Phong, the third largest city in Vietnam and is the most important seaport in Vietnam northern.

- Sai Dong B Industrial Zone is away from Hanoi city center 8 km, near the Gia Lam domestic airport, Noi Bai International Airport.

- Only 94 km from Haiphong or a 5 km from national road 1A which links north to south of Vietnam. It is very convenient to go from Sai Dong B Industrial Zone to northern border provinces as well as to the central provinces of Vietnam.

Infrastructure

- Water supply system: Hanel is a water supply unit that can supply to 10,000m3. Hanel also will provide clean water to the boundary of the land plots leased as contract between Hanel and land lessee

- Power supply system: Power supply system has been built in SIZ. Hanoi Power Company will provide electricity through 6 substations with a capacity of 50MVA and total voltage of 22KV.

- Information device: Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (VNPT) is the manager and operator unit in information services in SIZ. The lessee will sign the contract with VNPT.

- Roads in SIZ: SIZ has the main road with 26m width and is designed with loading capacity of 30 DH and it also has secondary system in 20.5 m width.

- Drainage system: Hanel will provide drainage system to the boundaries of the leased land spot. Waste treatment system of the landlords must be approved by Ministry of Science Technology and Environment.

- Industrial waste: The land lessee have to require Ministry of Science technology and Environment for approval to waste disposal system. Industrial wastes of each plant must be treated according to regulations of Ministry of Science technology and Environment.

- Other works: In the future, Hanel will provide other social projects such as schools, hospitals, houses, shops, parks, etc .. to meet the requirements of the investors
