Industrial zone in Thach That district, Quoc Oai was established under Decision No 2500/2007 / QD-UB issued by Ha Tay People's Committee Chairman  (now Hanoi) on December 21, 2007 on the establishment and approval of projects with Investment and Development joint stock Company as investor for infrastructure construction and business in industrial park Thach That, Quoc Oai and Phung Xa commune, Thach That district, Hanoi City.

Area: 150.12 ha. Location: Thach That District, Hanoi. Investor: Ha Tay Investment and Development joint stock company. Term: to 2056.

Geographical location:

Thach That industrial zone located in Quoc Oai town and Phung Xa commune, Thach That, Ha Noi has an area of ​​150.12 hectares with the scope, boundary are defined as follows:

- North: adjacent to Phung Xa residential area

- South: close to Lang Hoa Lac highway

- East: near industrial park

- West: adjacent to inter-district route

Thach That industrial zone is multidisciplinary one, less polluting environment including primary sectors: electronic mechanical assembly industry; food Processing; light industry, consumer goods; jewelry processing; precise electronic components production, motorcycles, automobiles...

Distance to Thach That District Quoc Oai industrial zone:

* 30 km from Noi Bai international airport

* 17 km from Ha Noi center

* 130 km from Hai Phong port

* 150 km from the deep water port in Quang Ninh - Cai Lan

Industrial zone is adjacent to Lang-Hoa Lac highway_ the most important and modern highway axis in Ha Noi capital, adjacent to the modern urban areas and Hoa Lac Hi-tech which is convenient for transporting goods.

Labor force:

Hanoi is a big city which concentrates most of Universities and Colleges, the largest intermediate of Vietnam northern , with a series of prestigious schools systems, which annually provides thousands of workers who are intensively trained on the management, techniques and skills. Besides,  with the population of Hanoi about 6.5 million people, in which people in working age account for about 70% of the population . This labor source can fully supply, ensure for demand of investors in industrial zones.

Electricity supply:

- Power supply is provided continuously and stably from the high voltage line of Hanoi city.

Drainage system:

Rainwater drainage waste water system (industrial wastewater and domestic sewage) are built separately. Rainwater is collected through drain system and drains into ​the river in the area. Wastewater is collected to the wastewater treatment plant of the industrial zone.

Wastewater and solid waste treatment:

Entire industrial wastewater and domestic sewage is treated to reach to minimum water standard minimum at level C  before being discharged into the overall wastewater system of industrial park. Then industrial park will continue to handle to meet standards prescribed by the state government of Vietnam.

 The solid wastes: enterprises in the industrial park will have to sign the contract in classifying, collection and transportation of waste to the functional unit for classification, collection and transportation of waste in order to transport garbage out of industrial zone which avoids causing environmental pollution.

- Maximum building density in industrial land plots: 60%

- Maximum height for building works: 5 floors

- Distance for works construction: L = 1.5 - 2H

  (L: distance between works, H: works height)

- Set-back construction: constructions have to be far from the fence at least 5 m to ensure firefighting requirement

- The distance from Lang-Hoa Lac boundary to works: L> = 20 m

- The distance between industrial enterprises and residential areas:

+ Toxic level 3 enterprise: L> = 300 m

+ Toxic level 4 enterprise: L> = 100 m

+ Toxic level 5 enterprise: L> = 50 m

(L is measured in unit of meter)

 Fence:

 The maximum height of fence along the car road is 2.3 m

Barriers between the lots is not higher than 2 meters and not using barbed wire

 Firefighting systems and the lightning rods:

 Land lessee layout and maintain effective fire alarm system and firefighting system for each works in the land spot.

Any construction in the plot range must be equipped with lightning rod under appropriate design.
