Project description

- Thang Long industrial park: Thang Long industrial park developed by the Thang Long company, a joint venture company between Sumitomo Corporation (Japan) and Dong Anh Mechanical Company (MOC), was established under The permit investment license No. 1845 / GP issued by the Ministry of Planning and investment of Vietnam on 02/22/1997.

-Total investment capital for infrastructure construction is $ 76,846,000.

- Development scale: Thang Long industrial park  extends to 302 hectares and divided into 3 stages:

+ Stage 1 (121.23 hectares) leased

+ Stage 2 (80 ha) was carried out during the period from 2000 to 2001.

+  Phase 3 was implemented in the period from 2003 to 2004, available environmental management certificate ISO-14001.

- Land lease term: Up to 2047

- Road Area: main road with width of 37m to 42m, with 6 lanes, secondary road 26m wide with 2 lanes

- Power supply: 22 kV power supply network are located underground

- Water supply: After being processed at water purification plant, industrial consumption water is provided by soft iron plumbing system under the ground.

- Communications: communication system is also placed underground, will allow expansion to meet increasing demand for high-speed data transmission.

- Wastewater treatment system: Wastewater of land rent units will be collected by a system of underground pipes and is treated before flowing into the canal that runs through the industrial parks.
